Preschool

Our K3, K4, and K5 Kindergarten programs are designed to prepare students for the elementary grades. Structure is combined with creative and play activities to achieve this goal. Bible is taught each day as part of our Christian-based curriculum.

Our Reading Curriculum is the A-Beka intense, systematic phonics based reading program. We also place emphasis on teaching concrete mathematical concepts and social skills. Field trips are taken regularly and are viewed as a vital part of the child's total learning process.

Our K5 students consistently score in the 98th percentile on the Stanford Achievement Test in Reading.

No...everyone did not oversleep.... All the K3 and K4 students came in their PJs and had a pallet party with Mrs. Willis in the Library.

The first day of K5 was full of new things. Mrs. Darby and Mrs. Logan told the children how Indians tip toe through the forest looking for food. They have to be quiet when going through the forest or the animals will run away. The K5 students tip toed around the room looking for food.....BUT then Mrs. Darby then told how Indians sometimes got loud and whooped through the forest. The children had much more fun whooping.....
