Our high school curriculum is a Christian-based, college preparatory curriculum that challenges students to develop to their full potential. Over thirty high school courses are offered with honors courses available in English, math and history. Our juniors and seniors have an opportunity to participate in dual enrollment classes through a partnership with Holmes Community College. Art Appreciation, English Composition I and II, American Literature and British Literature are offered to our students. 100% of our students choose to further their education by attending college.
In addition to dual enrollment classes, Kirk is offering students the opportunity to broaden their class schedule by participating in on-line classes through the FuelED program.
Our students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities. In addition to sports, students may be a part of the Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, K Club, Spanish Club, and Yearbook.
Academic opportunity includes National Honor Society; Mu Alpha Theta, a national mathematics honor society; Academic Bowl team; Science Fair, Spelling Bee, and Art Competitions.
Community service hours are required for graduation. This is an opportunity to give back to the community. Bible class is also required for graduation. Bible classes are offered to high school students.
