Whether you’re new to Kirk Academy or a seasoned volunteer, Kirk Academy’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) would like to welcome you to the 2018-2019 school year.  We feel very lucky to be able to send our children to a school like Kirk Academy.  It’s not just the strong academics or the fun sports, fabulous music, PE or other programs that make us appreciate the school, it’s the PEOPLE.   It’s all of you who are willing to volunteer and go the extra mile for our kids.

Our PTO is dedicated to developing closer connections between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, to enhancing the educational experience by supporting academic and enrichment activities and to improving the environment at our school by providing volunteer and financial support.

We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM in the Library.  With your support, we can strengthen the home to school connection through parents, teachers and staff working together to produce parent information programs, newsletters and other activities for Kirk Academy. We personally want to invite you to support and join our PTO.

Each year our PTO hosts a fundraising event which generates funds to enable us to provide items needed for our children and school such as educational field trips, classroom supplies and playground equipment. We also sponsor activities such as May Day Play Day, Teacher Staff Appreciation, and Box Tops for Education.
