Kirk Academy, located at 2621 Carrollton Road in Grenada, Mississippi, is a K-3 through 12th grade private school that offers a Christian-based, college preparatory education. Chartered as Grenada Educational Foundation in September 1966, it is named for W.H. Kirk, who donated the original thirty acres of land. Over the years, the campus has expanded to 65 acres, which include a preschool and elementary building, a high school building, the A.R. Smithers Library, a gymnasium, two practice football fields, a football stadium, softball complex, baseball complex, and an outdoor classroom with nature trail.

Kirk Academy, with a long tradition of academic and athletic excellence, has been educating the youth of Central Mississippi for over forty years.

Our Mission Statement: Kirk Academy strives to provide students the best possible Christian-based, college preparatory education while instilling in them respect for God, our nation, parents, and proper authority.

Kirk Academy is fully accredited for a number of years by both MPSA (Mississippi Private School Association) and SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools). The school was scheduled for a visit last year, but due to the change in administrations, an appeal for delay was requested and approved. Therefore, the school is now due for an "on-site" visit in the fall of 2009 or spring of 2010.
