Cheer Clinic Days will be held March 2nd-4th from 3:15-5:00 in the gym. Tryouts will be held on March 5th at 12:30pm with Varsity going first. All permission forms, $20 tryout fee, & teacher evaluations are to be turned in by this Friday, February 27th to Mrs. Charity. Please refer below for cheer tryout attire

KA’s Spring Break is March 9th-13th. Thursday, March 5th will be a half day for all students with JH/HS dismissing at 11:30 & Elementary dismissing at 11:45. No school on Friday, March 6th. Please refer below for more information.

Mrs. Fennell’s 11th grade-BIO 2 class participated in the MS State Extension Office Hatch-Out Program. The students started this program on Monday of this week. They received the chickens still in the eggs and watched them hatch out through the week. They learned about the external & internal anatomy of chickens, what they need to survive, the major chicken companies in MS, and the process of embryology. Mr. Micheal Pruden came and talked to them today about Poultry Agriculture in MS & asked them questions about chicken health and anatomy
